Our Returns Policy

At Bear and Moose we take pride in the creation of every single item and we hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund.

You are entitled to a refund from Bear and Moose if your purchase fits in one of the below categories:

  • If you are not entirely happy with your purchase.
  • Your purchase is not ‘of merchantable quality’ meaning that it is not the quality you were expecting, taking into consideration the way the item is described on our website and the price of the item.
  • Your purchase is not fit for purpose, meaning it does not do what you expected it would.

Items must be posted back to us at the cost of the customer, within 14 days of receipt and they must be received back in their original condition and packaging for the refund to be given.

Please ensure that goods are packaged safely as I cannot offer you a refund if I receive the goods back damaged. Please keep a receipt of your postage as I cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please email us first to inform us of your return and please keep your proof of purchase. Unfortunately, items cannot be refunded if they are believed to be in a ‘used’ condition once received back.


Any goods that you receive damaged will be replaced or refunded. Please take a photo of the damaged goods and email it to me within 48 hours so that I can claim a refund from the delivery courier.


Once the return has been received, I will refund the full purchase price excluding the original postage cost.
