Delivery and Shipping General Information

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours and you will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Goods will be delivered to the address given at the time of ordering. I cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered to the address given.

All orders are sent out via 1st Class Royal Mail Monday – Saturday.

Please note: orders are not sent out on a Sundays.

Prices:
Standard UK postage via 1st Class Royal Mail Tracked: £3.50.
Europe via 1st class tracked postage: £8.95.
Rest of World via Royal Mail tracked and signed for: £10.55.

Shipments to non-UK countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.

*Please note: for logistical reasons, deliveries to the following countries are not available: Andorra, Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Groenlandia, Guayana Francesa, Guernsey, Isla Bouvet, Isla Norfolk, Isla de Man, Isla de Navidad, Islas Åland, Islas Caimán, Islas Cocos, Islas Cook, Islas Feroe, Islas Georgia del Sur y Sandwich del Sur, Islas Heard y McDonald, Islas Malvinas, Islas Pitcairn, Islas Salomón, Islas
Turcas y Caicos, Islas Vírgenes Británicas, Islas menores alejadas de EE. UU., Mauricio, México, Mónaco, Polinesia Francesa, Reunión, Rusia, Suiza, Territorios,  Australes Franceses, Venezuela.
